Our Team
A. Christian Jackson,
Founder and GM
Mr. Jackson brings to NextSysSecure over 20 years of success in the
Network and Resource Management field. Mr. Jackson has directed product
development and sales of both Enterprise and Element management
frameworks and point applications working for corporations such as
Cabletron Systems (now Enterasys and Aprisma) and Wang Laboratories, as
well as startups such as Infolibria. Many of these network management
products still maintain a major presence in the industry. The CEO and
founder of NextSysSecure Inc, a resource management consulting group,
Mr. Jackson earned his BS in Business Management from the University of
Massachusetts.
Robert F.
Hogan, Founder and CTO
Mr. Hogan focuses on core methods and protocols for the company's
products. Mr. Hogan is a veteran of over 25 years in the computer
industry. He has held various R&D management, team research and
other senior technical positions. Most recently in providing hard
real-time deterministic capabilities for Microsoft Windows and Linux
environments at a leading vendor of real-time embedded
tools and products. He has led R&D for various telecommunication
products over disparate networks using hard and soft real-time
applications as well as for embedded devices/systems. He also was the
Architect for a global information distribution product for a large Financial Services
company. Mr. Hogan has an MSCS in Computer Science from Boston University and
BS/AS degrees from Northeastern University in Computer Engineering and
Applied Mathematics.
Patricia Chrystycz, Vice President Marketing Solutions
Mrs. Chrystycz, brings to NextSysSecure over 20 years in high tech
including marketing success in the Network and Resource management
industry. Providing successful guidance to IT management customers in
Europe and the US, Mrs. Chrystycz is credited with the marketing
success for the 90's management phenomenon "Spectrum Enterprise &
Element Manager" from Cabletron Systems. She guided the company's and
(at that time) the industry's most successful intelligent management
platform to customers around the globe. Patricia's experience as a
Marketing professional, Industry Analyst and Consultant provides a
depth of experience that can be used to make your company's "Go to
Market" strategy a success, the first time out. Mrs. Chrystycz earned
her BA in English/Technical Writing from Florida International
University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Dorna Caskie,
Technical Business Development and Channel Support
Ms.
Caskie has over 30
years experience in all aspects of software product creation.
Most recently, she worked for the mobile giant Nokia,
providing competitive intelligence and market profiling for
products that connect PCs to mobile devices. Previously, she worked
as an R&D project manager, marketing advisor, and software
engineer at Nokia, Cabletron Systems, Wang Laboratories, and
Honeywell Information Systems. She has been responsible for the design, development,
marketing, and support of computer networking and application
products. As a
new business consultant, she has coached start-ups in both the
US and UK. In the early 1970’s, Ms.
Caskie participated in several information systems and network
projects at the Wharton School, sponsored by the Advanced
Research Project Agency of the US Navy – forerunner of the
internet. Her
most significant contribution to date has been the
architecture of Wang’s “Transition to Open Systems
Program”, which gave the company a technical and
customer-driven model for integrating its legacy product
solutions with emerging commodity technologies.
